The Herring Cove Ratepayers Association served as the area CLC in developing a Settlement and Servicing Strategy - 2000 (PDF 306KB), which identified community needs for water and sewer servicing and related planning issues.
On February 12, 2004, seven members were elected to serve on the new Herring Cove CLC.
