Survey Results a moving expression of Haligonians love for Point Pleasant Park

(Tuesday, February 15, 2005) - Over 300 people, from as far away as Rome, Italy, responded to the questionnaire which was part of the public consultation process which was stage one of the work of the Point Pleasant Park International Design Competition Steering Committee. This remarkable response reveals the deep love people have for the park and the amazing range of roles that it plays in their lives. It also reveals their wishes for its renewal after the ravages of Hurricane Juan in 2003.
