Black Rock and Dingle beaches reopened to swimming

 

Friday, August 24, 2012 (Halifax, NS) – HRM citizens are advised that Black Rock beach and Dingle beach have both reopened to swimming following recent water quality testing, which confirmed bacteria levels are within Health Canada swimming guidelines.
