Renovation of the Central Common tennis courts to begin

(Friday, September 14, 2012) - The Central Common tennis courts will be closing for renovations beginning Monday, September 17^th, 2012. Temporary construction fencing will be in place over the weekend but the courts will still be accessible.

The renovations will include new fencing, as well as resurfacing and a reconfiguration of the courts to provide two youth sized (progressive) courts in a total of five courts.

Additional public tennis courts are available at the following locations:

 

• St. Mary’s Boat Club, 1641 Fairfield Road
• Larry O’Connell Park, 3391 Fourth Street
• Inglis Street Elementary School, 5985 Inglis Street
• Merv Sullivan Park, 3791 Novalea Drive
• Westmount School, 6700 Edward Arab Avenue
