Temporary road closure in downtown Halifax
Tuesday, Sept. 11, 2012 (Halifax, NS) – HRM wishes to advise that due to a sinkhole (2 metres by 3 metres) on Cornwallis Street, a portion of that street is temporarily closed.
Cornwallis Street from Barrington Street to Brunswick Street is currently closed to traffic until further notice.
Halifax Water and HRM staff are on site securing the area and preparing for repairs. Traffic updates will be provided when more information becomes available.
