(Thursday, December 20/2001)-- Santa Claus is coming early to Halifax Regional Municipality!
The Jolly Old Fellow in the red suit will play host to approximately 90 children at HRM's Duke Street offices on the day before Christmas (Monday, December 24) at 9:30 a.m.
Huge Holiday Season banners are also being prepared to allow the children and adults to sign their names and send best wishes to our Canadian Armed Forces personnel serving overseas in the War on Terrorism.
The event would make a great newspaper shot or video footage would make a great news show closer for television on Christmas Eve.
