Natural Gas Pipeline Installation Along Barrington Street

(Tuesday, August 21/07)-- Motorists are advised that Heritage Gas, in conjunction with its contractor R.B. Sommerville, will begin installing a natural gas pipeline on Barrington Street, between North Street and Devonshire Avenue, tomorrow.

The work is scheduled to begin at the intersection of Barrington and North Streets, and proceed northward until completed. The expected duration of work is three weeks.

During the construction period, two- way traffic will be maintained at all times. Two southbound traffic lanes will be maintained during morning traffic peaks and two northbound traffic lanes will be maintained during afternoon peaks.
