Supervised swimming on HRM Beaches ends for the Summer

(Friday, August 28, 2009) - Please be advised that lifeguard supervision at all HRM beaches will end August 28, 2009 at 5p.m. Any swimming done at HRM beaches now will be at the swimmers own risk and HRM encourages all those that do choose to swim to stay close to the shore and to never swim alone.
