National Youth Week Dinner to Honour Contributions of HRM Youth

(Thursday, April 29, 2010)-- Youth from all over Halifax Regional Municipality will be honoured at a dinner on Friday, April 30, 2010 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Dalhousie University Club (Alumni Crescent off of South Street).

HRM Mayor Peter Kelly and representatives from Halifax Regional Police, the RCMP, Halifax Public Libraries and HRM Community Recreation Services will all be on hand to recognize the accomplishments of over twenty youth, who have worked to make a difference in their communities.
