(Wednesday, March 30, 2011 - Halifax Water, in partnership with The Salvation Army, is pleased to announce the H2O-Help to Others, Water Assistance Program. The new program, being implemented April 1st, will provide valuable financial assistance to Halifax Water customers truly in need.
