Weekly Green Cart Collection Service Ends

(Thursday, August 25, 2011) - Halifax Regional Municipality would like to remind residents who have been receiving weekly summer green cart collection that the service will end effective end of day, Wednesday, August 31st.

Collection service will then return to the regular collection schedule - every two-weeks for garbage and organics. Residents should refer to their 2011 Organics Green Cart and Garbage Collection Schedule for regular collection information.
