Street Closures and Parking Restrictions for HRM Canada Day events

Thursday, June 27, 2013 (Halifax, NS) - Cogswell Street will be closed on Canada Day, July 1 between Robie Street and North Park Street from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Parking restrictions will be put in place in advance to prohibit people from parking. Signs will be enforced and vehicles towed at owner’s expense.

Parking restrictions will also be in place on Ahern Avenue and Rainnie Drive on July 1, to permit the Tattoo parade to take place around Citadel Hill. Parking restrictions will be in place in advance of the parade. Signs will be enforced and vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense. The signs will be removed at the end of the parade.
