Traffic advisory - temporary closure of Lower Water

from Prince to George streets

 

Thursday, Nov.22, 2012 (Halifax, NS) – Tomorrow, Nov. 23, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., HRM is required to close vehicular and pedestrian travel along a two-block section of Lower Water Street from Prince to George streets to accommodate the completion of the nearby BioScience building demolition. The following detours will be in place during this time period:

Truck detour: From Lower Water, left onto Morris Street, right onto South Park Street, to Bell Road, right onto Ahern Avenue, and right onto Cogswell

Passenger vehicle detour: From Lower Water, left onto Prince Street and right onto Barrington Street

Pedestrian detour: From Lower Water left onto Prince, right onto Bedford Row

Traffic control personnel will be onsite. HRM regrets any inconvenience caused as a result of this work.
