Motion:
That the Environment and Sustainability Standing Committee request that staff prepare a report outlining the opportunities and challenges for HRM with a full EPR model for paper and packaging.
12.3.2 Councillor Karsten – Residential Component to the Urban Forest Master Plan
Motion:
That the Environment and Sustainability Standing Committee request a staff report on when the residential component of the Urban Forest Master Plan will be implemented and the process to extend this program to the public.
12.3.3 Councillor Watts – Community Energy Plan Information Report
Motion:
That the Environment and Sustainability Standing Committee forward the Community Energy Plan information report to Regional Council as an information report.
