That the Committee request a staff report on the possibility of Halifax Transit allowing registered Access-a-Bus users to utilize the conventional transit system free of charge, including information on potential benefits and financial operational impacts of doing this.

That the Committee request staff to consider adding a commercial parking permit for abutting businesses on streets with specific parking controls in order to exempt a business vehicle from posted signs similar to the existing residential parking exemption under By-law P-1000 On-Street Parking Exemptions and Permits.
