         Requirement

Councillor Murphy, on behalf of Councillor Uteck, gave Notice of Motion of her intention to, at the next regular meeting of Community Council, introduce a motion that staff propose amendments to the Land Use Bylaw to exempt the North West Arm area of the Peninsula, between the North West Arm and the Railway Cut and from Point Pleasant Park to Quinpool Road, from the recently adopted Gross Floor Area dwelling requirements and the land use definitions that limit the permitted number of bedrooms within a dwelling.
