“That staff prepare a report to Council with possible options to modify the transit tax structure and/or boundaries chosen by Council on April 28, 2009 (Option 6b) to address some of the anomalies and concerns raised subsequent to Council’s decision. The option should be complimentary and not deviate from the spirit or intent of Option 6b. Further, the options to be brought back for this year’s budgetary discussions.”
