“Take notice that at the next regular meeting of the Halifax Regional Municipality to be held on October 25, 2005, Tuesday, I intend to introduce a motion to have the Mayor on behalf of Regional Council send a letter to Aliant Communications requesting that, as part of their business planning process, they consider instituting toll free calling for all of the Halifax Regional Municipality within our boundaries and that staff be instructed to take no further action on this initiative at this time”
