Major Downtown Snow Clearing Continues

(Monday, January 31/05)-- HRM Public Works crews will be carrying out a major operation to clear snow in the downtown Halifax core (including Spring Garden Road) from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m., beginning this evening (January 31).

Although the streets will not be closed to traffic, motorists are advised to secure off-street parking during that time period. As well, the Winter Overnight Parking ban remains in effect."
