Dingle and Black Rock beaches reopen to swimming

 

Friday, Aug. 3, 2012 (Halifax, NS) - Dingle beach and Black Rock beach have reopened for swimming as water quality tests confirm that bacteria levels are within standard Health Canada swimming guidelines.
