HRM supervised beaches reopen to swimming

Saturday, July 28, 2012 (Halifax, NS) - Birch Cove beach as well as Kinsmen beach, Dingle beach and Black Rock beach have reopened, as bacteria levels are within Health Canada standards for swimming.
