HRM to hold information session on winter operations
Friday, Nov. 16, 2012 – Mayor Mike Savage, with Director of Transportation and Public Works Ken Reashor and HRM’s Winterworks Superintendent Gord Hayward, will host an information session on Monday to highlight what’s involved in the planning and implementation of HRM’s snow removal operations.

When: Monday, Nov. 19, 2012 at 1 p.m.
This is an opportunity to learn more about what the municipal operations team does to prepare for snow and ice conditions, priority streets and service standards, salt management practices, the overnight winter parking ban and ways residents can stay informed and plan ahead.
