Halifax Public Gardens to Host Dahlia Festival

Wednesday, Aug. 22, 2012 (Halifax, NS) -  Flower arranging, tips for growing strong plants and learning how to grow stunning blooms or colors will be the focus at this year’s Dahlia Festival.

From Tuesday, Aug. 28 to Thursday, Aug. 30, visit Halifax Public Gardens to take in free educational sessions, Dahlia expert tours and children’s story time and face painting.
