HRM Firefighters on Scene at Fire in Dartmouth

   

(December 31, 2011) – HRM Firefighters are currently on scene at a fire at 25 Arthur Street (a 68-unit building) in Dartmouth. Crews responded at approximately 11:30 this morning. Additional crews have been brought in, as it continues to be a working fire, and are expected to remain on scene throughout the day and into this evening.

   

The building has been evacuated without injury.

   

The Red Cross is on scene and working with residents to find shelter for them and their pets this evening.
