Natural Gas Pipeline Installation – Moirs Mill Road

(Monday, July 23, 2012) – Beginning Tuesday, July 24, a new natural gas main along Moirs Mill Road will be connected to the existing pipe on the Bedford Hwy.

The pipe installation and subsequent re-paving is expected to take a maximum of two days. The work hours will be 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. During the excavation in the intersection of Moirs Mill Road and the Bedford Hwy, the traffic signals will be turned off and the intersection will be controlled by Traffic Control persons. Motorists are encouraged to take alternate routes if possible.

Heritage Gas and HRM apologize in advance for any inconvenience these delays may cause.
