Public meeting to discuss vision for proposed regional park

Thursday, May 24, 2012 – HRM will host a public meeting next Thursday to get feedback and engage in conversation on how to help refine and achieve a vision for the proposed Blue Mountain Birch Cove Lakes Regional Park.

The meeting will provide information on the status of current work and will outline the processes required to create the park. HRM encourages those interested in any aspect of the proposed park to participate in the discussion.

When: Thursday, May 31, (6:30 - 8:30 p.m.)

6:30 p.m. - doors open

7 p.m. - staff presentation

7:30 p.m. - question and answer period

Where: St. Peter's Church Hall, 3 Dakin Drive, Halifax
