Kick-off celebration for Tunes at Noon summer concert series

Monday, July 16, 2012 (Halifax, NS) - HRM residents are invited to celebrate the kick-off of the 5th Annual Tunes at Noon summer concert series on Thursday, July 19, with free cake during the first concert in Grand Parade.

The weekly summer concert series features Nova Scotian performers of all genres of music. It will take place in Grand Parade every Thursday and Friday, 12 – 1 p.m. from July 19 to September 6.

Performances during the first week of the concert series:

July 19 – Dylan Guthro
July 20 – Molly Thomason

Tunes at Noon is presented by Councillor Dawn Sloane, Downtown Halifax Business Commission, Centre for Arts and Technology, Midtown Tavern, and Halifax Regional Municipality, in association with Music Nova Scotia, and with the support of The Coast.
