Natural gas pipeline installation – Purcells Cove Road

 

Thursday, September 27, 2012 – HRM citizens are advised work continues on a new natural gas main through the Armdale Roundabout toward Regatta Point. Pipe installation on Purcells Cove Road from Herring Cove Road to Spinnaker Drive will require traffic to be reduced to one lane. This work is restricted to weekdays between the hours of 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. This section is currently under construction and is expected to continue until Thursday, October 4.

Throughout the remainder of the project – Purcells Cove Road from Spinnaker Drive to Anchor Drive – two lanes of traffic will be maintained at all times.

All work will be completed by Heritage Gas’s contractor, Sackville Trenching Limited.
