Election Results Available Through Many Mediums
(Monday, October 16/2000)-- The Municipal Elections Office advises that voter returns from next Saturday's (October 21st) General Municipal Election will be telecast by Shaw Cable Community 10 television. The polls will be open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Results should start coming in shortly after close of poll.
The results will also be available simultaneously on the Municipal Election pages of the Halifax Regional Municipality web site at www.halifax.ca. and on the public monitors at the HRM Council Chamber, 3rd Floor, City Hall, 1841 Argyle Street, Halifax.
