Halifax Transit to Conduct Passenger Survey
In an effort to provide better service to its valued customers, Halifax Transit will be conducting an onboard passenger survey beginning the week of January 22, 2001. During the survey period, representatives from Halifax Transit will be asking passengers to fill out a paper survey as they board the bus. The survey period is expected to run from January 22nd - February 14th.
The survey should take three to five minutes to complete and is totally voluntary and anonymous. The questionnaire is designed to cover such topics as service levels and convenience of routes. Halifax Transit is requesting feedback which will help to improve its service to the traveling public.
Halifax Transit wishes to thank its customers for taking the time to complete the questionnaire. The information derived will be beneficial in determining transit service requirements and will provide a basis for developing future transit plans. Surveyed passengers are asked to return completed questionnaires to the Survey Coordinator who will be located on the bus, or to simply leave them on the seat when exiting the bus. Box 1749 Halifax, Nova Scotia B3J 3A5, or drop their surveys off at the nearest HRM Storefront.
