Clearing Operations to Continue Overnight
(Tuesday, February 6/2001)-- Residents of the Halifax Regional Municipality are advised that snow and ice crews will be conducting snow clearing operations after midnight for the next few nights.
Crews will be continuing to clear bus stops, handicapped parking zones, marked overhead crosswalks, etc. overnight.
Motorists are urged to exercise extreme caution when they observe snow and ice crews working at intersections or in the roadways.
