Mayor Kelly to Meet with Nova Scotia Power Officials on August 22nd
(Wednesday, August 8/2001)-- In a news release issued today, entitled "Mayor Says Trees Should Stay, Power Lines Should Go," it was incorrectly stated that Mayor Peter Kelly and officials of Nova Scotia Power Inc. would be meeting tomorrow (Thursday) to discuss NSP's new "vegetation-easement" policy.
In fact, that meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday, August 22, 2001 at City Hall, 1841 Argyle Street, Halifax.
The HRM Corporate Communications Office apologises for the error.
