New Signage Marks Expansion Program at Burnside Park
(Monday, July 15/2002)-- Burnside Park is expanding-- and getting a new look at the same time.
The expansion program will be marked by new signage at the Park. The first signs to be replaced will be at the main entrances to the Park at Windmill Road; south of Magazine Hill; and at Victoria Road to the north of the Circumferential Highway.
Planning is underway for major expansions within Burnside Park. New streets and serviced, graded lots will create many exciting, high profile development opportunities for multiple tenancy facilities and owner occupied premises.
Tom Rath, General Manager, Business Parks, said " The intention is to phase in the expansion of these areas based upon a comprehensive Master Plan for the Park. The potential exists for over 200 acres in new development opportunities in the Park."
