Metro Transit Bus & Ferry Service for Upcoming Holiday
On Monday, September 2nd, Metro Transit's bus and Access-A-Bus service will operate on their holiday schedules. The Community Transit service however, will not be in operation on Monday.
The Halifax / Dartmouth (Alderney) ferry service will also operate on holiday schedule, which means the first morning departure will be 7:30 a.m. rather than the usual 6:30. It will run on a half hour frequency, except between the hours of 12 noon and 6 p.m., during which time the frequency will increase to every fifteen minutes. The last departure from Dartmouth is at 11:30 p.m. and from Halifax at 11:45 p.m.
The Woodside Ferry service is not running on the Holiday Monday.
