Lakes By-Law Committee to Hold Public Meetings
(Thursday, March 27/2003) --The Lakes By-Law Committee will hold public meetings regarding proposed restrictions on Banook, Mic Mac and Kearney Lakes.
Information flyers are being mailed out to selected area residents, as well to a list of identified stakeholders, community groups etc.
Under Canadian Coast Guard policy, the municipality is required to review existing lake use regulations and submit a formal request for federal approval. The purpose of these meetings is to discuss regulations for the use of Lake Banook, Lake MicMac and Kearney Lake.

When: Tuesday, April 15th
Time: 6:30 p.m.
