Hurricane Juan - Catch Basin Cleaning

(Thursday, October 2, 2003)- In the aftermath of Hurricane Juan, the public is asked to assist HRM Public Works & Transportation crews by clearing catch basins in, and around, their properties, of leaves and debris. This will help avoid flooding in the event of a rain storm.

Environment Canada is predicting a chance of showers, with a 60% probability of precipitation for tomorrow ( Friday, October 3rd).

HRM thanks the public for their assistance with this matter.
