Still a Burning Ban in Place in all of Halifax Regional Municipality(Tuesday, October 7, 2003) - All residents of HRM are reminded that there is absolutely no burning permitted in all of HRM. A burning ban has been in effect since October 1st. in all of the Halifax Regional Municipality and will be until further notice.
