Lake Banook Information Meeting Tomorrow Night
(Tuesday, March 2/2004)-- Councillor Bruce Hetherington, Chair of the Harbour East Community Council, advised today that a public information meeting to discuss a proposed condominium development at Paddler's Cove on Lake Banook will be held tomorrow evening.
The meeting has been previously cancelled due to last month's record-breaking snow storm.
Councillor Hetherington said the purpose of the meeting is to provide residents and others with an opportunity to find out more about the proposed development and to pass along their concerns/comments to Community Council.
As a result, discussion will be limited to the Paddler's Cove proposal only and not include any discussion on other proposed developments for Lake Banook.
