NOTICE OF BLASTING
(Monday, March 22, 2004) - As part of on going construction related to the Halifax Harbour Solutions Project-Sewage Collection System, blasting will occur today.
The single blast will occur sometime between the hours of noon and 2pm today in the area located under the Cogswell interchange in Halifax. Traffic may experience a momentary delay when the actual blast event occurs. Traffic personnel will be strategically located around the site to direct traffic.
