Mayor to Present Prizes to Contest Winners
(Monday, April 26/2004)-- Mayor Peter Kelly will present prizes later this week to the winners of the "CNAB Cleaner, Safety Community Art Contest."
The contest was open to students in pre-primary through to Grade 6 at St. Patrick Alexandra and Joseph Howe schools. Participants could write a poem, draw or color a picture, make a poster or write a single-page essay on how they can make their community a cleaner, safer place.
Prizes include two bicycles with helmets, a birthday pool party and a birthday gym party.
