HRM Solid Waste Resources-Victoria Day Composting, Recycling and Refuse Facility Hours
Thursday, May 20, 2004- HRM residents are reminded that collection of organics, recyclables and refuse will occur as usual Victoria Day, Monday May 24th. To ensure collection, materials should be placed curbside before 7AM on the day of collection.
Facility Hours
Otter Lake (600 Otter Lake Dr. - Exit 3 off Highway 103)
Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 7:00 pm
Saturday 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
Sunday (Public drop off-no commercial) 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Materials Recovery Facility ( 50 Chain Lake Dr., Bayers Lake Business Park)
Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 6:00 pm
Compost Facilities
Monday - Friday (No public drop off) 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
