Public Gardens to Re-Open on Thursday
(Monday, June 28/04)-- The Halifax Public Gardens will be officially re-opened on Canada Day-- July 1.
Lieutenant-Governor Myra Freeman, Mayor Peter Kelly, Councillor Dawn Sloane, Robert Pace, Chair, and members of the Halifax Public Gardens Foundation and the Friends of the Public Gardens, will be in attendance at the event.
