Celebrity Roast to raise money for AIDS Coalition Emergency Relief Fund
(Monday, July 5, 2004)-- A Celebrity Roast featuring HRM Councillor Dawn Sloane, District 12, will be held on Sunday, July 11th at Club Vortex on 2215 Gottingen Street. The Roast is being conducted to raise money for the AIDS Coalition Emergency Relief Fund and the Manna for Health Food Bank project of the Safe Harbour Metropolitan Church.
A $ 3.00 cover will be charged at the door. The event gets underway at 6 p.m. running through until 9:30 p.m. More information on this worthwhile fund raiser may be found on Club Vortex's website at www.clubvortex.ca
