Federal Ministers to Tour Harbour Solutions Project Work Site
(Thursday, October 28/04)--
The Honourable Geoff Regan, Federal Minister of Fisheries and Oceans
and the Honourable John Godfrey, Minister of State for Infrastructure
and Communities will be present on site and available for questions
following their tour and update of the Harbour Solutions Project.
When: Friday, October 29, 2004
Time: 11:15 - 11:30AM
Where: Harbour Solutions Project tunnel entrance shaft
work site, under the Cogswell Street Interchange, between Upper
Water and Barrington Streets.
Please note: following the above event, interested media will have
the opportunity to tour the underground tunnel. For safety reasons,
where possible, those entering the tunnel should come prepared with
hard hat, rain gear and wellington-type rubber boots.
