Temporary No Parking for Snow Removal Tonight

(Wednesday, December 29, 2004) - Halifax Regional Municipality wishes to advise the public that there will be temporary “No Parking” signs installed on all streets bounded by Brunswick, Argyle, Duke and Prince Streets beginning at 8:00 pm tonight, Wednesday December 29th. The temporary parking ban will help facilitate snow removal in the downtown area for the New Year’s Eve Celebration at Parade Square.

Temporary “No Parking” will be lifted at 8:00 am Thursday, December 30th.

Motorists are advised not to park on these streets during this time, as cars could be ticketed or towed.
