Arborists Gather for Annual Climbing Competition
(Wednesday, September
22, 2004) -- Ever see an arborist loaded down with equipment climb
a 40-foot tree in 15 seconds?
Well, that’s just what you’ll be able to see this weekend
at the climbing competition for members of the Atlantic Chapter
of the International Society Of Arboriculture.
The Climbing competition will showcase the skills used in the arboriculture
industry. The winner will compete later in the international climbing
competition in Nashville, Tennessee.
When:Saturday, September 25, 2004
Time: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Where: Birch Cove Park, bottom of Oakdale Crescent, on Lake Banook,
Dartmouth.
