PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT

Partial Lane Closure-- Hammonds Plains Road

(Tuesday, March 29/05)-- Motorists are advised that traffic on the Hammonds Plains Road, in the vicinity of the Bluewater Road, is reduced to one lane as a result of serious flooding in the area.

HRM will have traffic control on site and motorists are urged to use extreme caution when travelling in that area.

However, if possible, motorists are advised to travel an alternate route until the flood waters subside.
