Signage and Bill Postering in HRM

(Friday, April 22, 2005) - HRM has some of the most beautiful streetscapes in all of Canada. However, inappropriately placed bill posters, mobile and other ground signs, detracts from the beauty of our community and contributes to traffic problems, dangers for pedestrians, and litter.

Residents are asked to post signs or posters only at appropriate community kiosks and notice boards throughout HRM and not on utility poles, boulevards, or other public infrastructure.

Together, we can ensure that HRM remains one of Canada’s safest and most beautiful cities.
