Barrington Street Construction May Cause Delays

(Wednesday, August 10/05) - Construction related to the Harbour Solutions Project on North Barrington Street at Duffus Street is expected to be completed by Friday.

As a result, motorists are advised to expect traffic delays or to seek an alternate travel route.

The northbound lane of Barrington Street, at the intersection of Duffus Street, is closed from 9 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. During these hours, the southbound lane will be reduced to single-lane, two-way, stop-and-go traffic.

HRM apologizes for any inconvenience this necessary construction may cause.
