Free Car Child Seat Safety Check

(Monday, August 21, 2006) - There will be a free Car Child Seat Safety Check sponsored by Halifax Regional Safe Communities and Volkswagon/Audi this Thursday, August 24 from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. at the Cole Harbour Fire Station, 1150 Cole Harbour Road.

This free clinic will check to ensure your child car seat is inspected for recall, damage, proper fit in your vehicle, or proper fit to your child.

Over 90% of all child restraints are used incorrectly - make sure yours is not one of them!
